Knox Chapman Utility District Offices Closed on January 10, 2025 Due to Forecasted Winter Weather

Knoxville, TN – January 9, 2025 – Due to the forecasted winter weather conditions, Knox Chapman Utility District will be closed , January 10, 2025, out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our staff and customers.

With hazardous weather conditions expected to affect travel and safety, we have made the decision to close our offices for the day. We encourage our customers to stay safe and reach out at a later time if assistance is needed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the safety of the community and staff.

For emergencies, please call 865-577-4497 and choose option 3. An emergency is classified as a threat to life, health, or property; and/or the repair or restoration of service.
