The Board meets in the board room at Knox Chapman’s Office on the 1st Monday of each month, at 5:00pm. The office is located at 1905 E John Sevier Highway. Meetings are open to the public. Any individual desiring to be on the docket to address the Board shall contact the General Manager at (865) 577-4497 before noon of the day of the meeting. Any change concerning the date or time will be published under the Events and News section of our home page.
